Fees and Payment

The Firm’s liability to the Client is limited to the fees paid for the specific matter.
The Firm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of legal services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
Upon termination, the Firm will return all client files and property.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
